A/Prof Sam Reisenfeld received a B.S. degree in Information Engineering from the University of Illinois and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Communication Systems Engineering from UCLA. He was a spacecraft and communications payload design engineer for 20 years at the Hughes Aircraft Company at El Segundo, California. He was an academic in the areas of Communication Systems, Satellite Communication, and Signal Processing at the University of Technology, Sydney, and Macquarie University at Sydney Australia for 35 years.
